Credit Card & PayPal
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the checkout process. After you have paid, PayPal collects the amount from your respective account or debits your credit card directly.
If you don't have a PayPal account, just fill in your credit card information. It will be automatically billed through your credit card company.
I am so impatient - when can I expect to receive my order?
We will process the incoming orders as soon as possible. But don’t worry, your order should arrive within 3-5 working days.
HELP - I have received the wrong product or it contains errors or defects, what can I do?
We always try to sort out production errors before shipping, but it can happen that errors are not noticed and defective products are still shipped. Please report this immediately to our service via >firstname.lastname@example.org, ideally with a photo of the defective product. Your defective product will be replaced immediately and free of charge.
I changed my mind, I don't like my product - what do I have to do?
You can return the product within 10 days of receipt by sending it to Stewo International AG, Entelbucherstrasse 38, 6110 Wolhusen, Germany. Please contact us via e-mail at >email@example.com before sending the goods in. The goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. A copy of the invoice or delivery note must be enclosed with any returns. The postage costs for returns will not be borne by us.
